Level Two - In addition we supply of the full version of VERICUT for educational use. See details below.

Level One – Resource Videos

VERICUT Resource Videos

These include a general introduction and videos featuring CNC Milling Machines and Machining Centres, CNC Lathes and Turning Centres and special CNC Machines including Robots and Water Jet Cutting.

VERICUT Machine Tool & CAD/CAM Showrooms

VERICUT  Machine Tool Showroom – view short simulations from over 50 of the world’s leading machine tool brands including

VERICUT Interface Showroom – view short simulations of VERICUT working with the world’s leading CAM Systems including Edgecam, MasterCAM and Siemens NX.

Level Two – Resource videos and educational licences of VERICUT

The VERICUT educational licence agreement allows full use of VERICUT but with a restriction against using VERICUT for commercial purposes. CGTech Ltd is offering an attractive licence program to Universities and Colleges wishing to use VERICUT in their teaching curriculum.  The offer is a package of VERICUT modules which will allow full simulation and verification of CNC programs, whether written manually, or using a CAM system.

The CGTech educational licence package includes the following modules:

Verification – Simulate, verify and analyse three axis milling, 4/5 axis indexing, drilling, turning, mill/turn CNJC programs.

Multi-Axis – Simulate and verify four and five axis milling, drilling, turning, and combination mill/turn operations. Removes material while using a rotary axis, collision checks rotary moves and supports simultaneous use of twin turrets on lathes

Machine Simulation – Simulate CNC machines and controls to check for collisions. A complete Virtual Machine Tool environment allowing program verification and prove-out.

AUTO-DIFF – Detect differences between design model and VERICUT in-process cut model.

The following list shows just some of the fully configured VERICUT Machine Configurations supplied with the licence.
